INGREDIENTS

50ml Arumdu Spit Roasted Pineapple

25ml Lime Juice

10 Mint Leaves

Top with soda

METHOD

Add Arumdu spit Roasted Pineapple rum, Lime and 10 Mint leaves into glass filled with crushed ice.

Gently churn, add more crushed ice to the top of glass, and pour the soda gently on top.

Run a long spoon through to stir.

GLASSWARE: Tall Collins Glass

GARNISH: Pineapple slice and Mint sprig.

 

SALTED BUTTER POPCORN SOUR

INGREDIENTS

50ml Arumdu Salted Butter Popcorn

50ml Apple Juice

25ml Lemon Juice

Mrs Betters Bitters foamer or Egg White (to foam)

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice, strain into an ice filled rocks glass.

GLASSWARE: Rocks Glass

GARNISH: Salted Popcorn on the edge of the foam

 

BANNOFFE RUMTINI

INGREDIENTS

50ml Arumdu Caramelised Banana

50ml Grindsmith Cold Brew Coffee / Espresso

20ml William Fox Vanilla Syrup

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice, double strain into a cocktail coupette.

GLASSWARE: Cocktail Coupette

GARNISH: Banana Slice on the edge of the glass.

 

NEW AMSTERDAM PUNCH

INGREDIENTS

37.5ml Arumdu Rum-Bongo-Punch

20ml Passini Passionfruit Liqueur

50ml Orange Juice

Top with Ginger Beer

METHOD

Fill glass with ice and add the Arumdu, Passini and Orange Juice, gently pour the ginger beer on top and stir gently with a spoon.

GLASSWARE: Tall Collins Glass

GARNISH: Orange Slice or Pineapple leaf (if you're extra fancy, or both!)
